What is the real story of Christmas? What is the story of Christ? He is God Himself.

Hebrews 1:8 says, "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever."

A lot of people today try to disprove the deity of Christ. If you ever need something to refute that, just open the Bible to this passage and read four or five verses starting with verse 8. It makes it very, very clear that the Lord Jesus is, indeed, God.

It says of Him in verse 8, "Thy throne, O God (that is takling about Jesus), is for ever and ever."

It says in verse 10, "And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning has laid the foundation of the earth." talking about Jesus.

It says in verse 11, "They shall perish; but thou remainest"--talking about Jesus.

In verse 12 it says, "And they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail"--talking about Jesus. We see Him as superior--superior to the angels because He is God.

Well, He is who He is, and He has done what He has done in order that He might bring many sons and daughters into the family of God.

"And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shall call his name JESUS: for He shall save His people from their sins." Matthew 1:21

"For mine eyes have seen thy salvation." Luke 2:30

That's the Real Christmas Story, the substance of the Gospel. What a wonderful story! What a wonderful privilege it is to receive Christ as your personal Saviour. If you have not already done so, please say yes and receive Him today.
